

Limited permit counties and/or public lands are open to both residents and non-residents. Seven (7) counties or parts thereof, two (2) wildlife management areas, National Forest in Randolph and Pocahontas counties, National Forest and State Land in Nicholas and Webster counties, and two (2) state forests are open to antlerless deer hunting (prior application required) in which one (1) antlerless deer may be taken on a Class N stamp.Nineteen (19) counties or parts thereof are open to antlerless hunting in which one (1) antlerless deer may be taken on Class N/NN stamps. A Class N/NN stamp is required for each deer taken.A Class N/NN stamp is required for each deer taken. Therefore, if a hunter desires he may check his first deer on a RM/RRM stamp.
